About The Position
Overall, the role of the inpatient care manager is to optimize the quality and continuity of care for patients during their hospital stay, with a focus on promoting positive health outcomes and patient satisfaction. The Inpatient Care Manager (RN or LSW) investigates, assesses, and plans interventions to help patients cope with social, emotional, economic, and environmental problems.
