About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p, rotating weekends and holidays. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing or related Mental Health field.
  • 3 years of clinical experience in an established psychiatric setting.
  • Experience working in a managed care environment.
  • Current valid licensure from the State of Illinois or active pursuit with licensure obtained within two years of being in the position.
  • Licensure must be a LCPC, LPC, LSW, AMFT or LMFT.
  • Maintains current nonviolent crisis intervention certification. Required (annual)-Exception-not required for BHR therapists.
