Position Summary: The part time Innovative Strategy Consultant supports Health Division initiatives with the goal to deepen relationships with community partners, affiliates, municipal leaders, stakeholders, and others in an effort to improve the quality of life for all ages living in Rhode Island. Staff will assist with funding opportunities and staff development targeted on improving health and wellness in alignment with the Health Division goals and objectives and overall FSRI strategic plan Qualifications: Independent clinical licensure required: LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. Experience in program management, including cross-functional collaboration and oversight. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, particularly in managing interns or early-career professionals. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently at a high-level. Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs. Flexible schedule with some evenings required. Ability to work independently and part of a team. Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay. Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay. Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to: Travel to and from community locations and office sites, which may include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
