Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ Position Overview Innovative Medicine Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational Supply chain processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform (S4 Hana) for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. The IM IT Compliance Senior Manager, (IM TRANSCEND) is accountable for defining and driving the end-to-end IT and compliance strategy for the IM TRANSCEND program, a multi-year, multi-release SAP S/4HANA transformation across the Innovative Medicines supply chain. This role ensures a cohesive and integrated compliance approach across ITGC, ICFR, application controls, and data integrity, enabling consistent risk management from solution design through deployment and audit. Acting as the senior IT compliance partner to program, the role shapes compliance requirements early in design and solution discussions to influence architecture, control design, and delivery outcomes. The role ensures strong alignment between IT and Finance compliance perspectives, coordinating closely with ICFR compliance leadership to maintain a holistic, end-to-end control framework. Reporting to the Director, this position provides strategic direction, oversight, and escalation across releases, while guiding and overseeing program-level compliance execution through embedded managers and teams.
