About The Position
The Innovation & Technology Leadership Development Program (LDP) at CVS Health is a full-time, two-year rotational program designed for emerging talent in the fields of digital, data, analytics, and technology. This program aims to accelerate talent development through a cohort-based model, providing participants with extensive training, mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership. Participants will engage in various roles within the DDAT organization, contributing to technological innovations that enhance healthcare delivery.
