About The Position
The Innovation Scientist will focus on technology development and innovation within the organization, working closely with end-use customer feedback to drive transformational and front-end innovation. This role encompasses research and development activities, including the formulation and testing of new products and processes, optimizing operational costs, and ensuring the design and performance of products used in building envelope systems. The position requires collaboration with universities, startups, and raw material suppliers to identify and develop new technologies, as well as effective communication of findings and innovations to stakeholders.
