Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Product Line Management or commercial roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams (Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales) to define and execute product line strategies.
  • Develop market value propositions and pricing strategies for energy materials.
  • Identify and manage critical projects focused on materials and processes supporting energy & green hydrogen production.
  • Address product performance, quality, and customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in clean energy sectors.
  • Collaborate with Program Management and Commercial Technology to design and execute strategy.
  • Optimize product portfolio through segmentation and rationalization.
  • Evaluate new product requests with business cases and financial viability.
  • Determine pricing strategy to ensure value capture and margin improvement.
  • Oversee product obsolescence with strategies to maximize value and minimize waste.
