In this role, you will monitor, report on, and steer business unit innovation processes, projects, portfolio, and financial metrics. You will drive and execute strategic innovation plans, initiatives, and projects within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Additionally, you will direct the Adhesives Development Process and associated software and governance. As the project manager, you will execute innovation projects, lead and motivate cross-functional teams, and conduct regular project and program review meetings with project teams and key stakeholders. You will also coach project team members with innovation process responsibilities and assist with product launch quality, ensuring thorough risk management.
