About The Position

Innovation Partnership Lead In this role you You will own the Mayo Clinic–Philips innovation partnership development strategy and lead its execution, ensuring the partnership remains relevant, differentiated, and high‑impact over time. The role requires engagement with executive stakeholders, close collaboration with clinicians and researchers, and coordination with legal and compliance teams to enable a strategic innovation collaboration that advances Philips’ R&D and innovation agenda. Your role: Serve as Philips’ primary reference for Mayo Clinic’s ecosystem, maintaining awareness of developments that may influence the partnership and surfacing actionable opportunities. Create and execute the innovation partnership development strategy aligned to both organizations’ priorities, translating strategic intent into a structured innovation agenda and project funnel. Own partnership governance with Mayo Clinic counterparts and Philips’ Business Units, including steering committees, reporting, and transparency on progress and outcomes. Identify and develop joint innovation capabilities across Philips and Mayo Clinic, aimed at accelerating R&D and enabling faster translation from clinical insight to scalable innovation. Ensure operational excellence of the innovation program, including end‑to-end tracking, timely delivery, issue and risk management, and escalation where needed. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent. Advanced degree in a scientific, engineering, or medical field; PhD or MD preferred. Significant experience in healthcare innovation, research collaboration, or enterprise partnership management. Experience working with leading hospitals or academic medical centers is preferred. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including confidence engaging senior and executive leaders. Demonstrated ability to navigate the intersection of technical data architectures (cloud-based "data enclaves," federated learning, and de-identification) and the complex legal frameworks governing health data You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Rochester, MN is $125,000 to $174,000 Annually. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
