About The Position

Orchestration Works is Ensemble Health Partners’ leap into the future of healthcare operations. This newly launched innovation division is designed to move fast — testing, learning, and scaling advanced technologies such as AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to solve real operational problems. Our mission is simple: transform how healthcare revenue cycle work gets done and set a new standard for operational excellence across the industry. Orchestration Works is a dedicated R&D and innovation organization focused on turning emerging technology into production‑ready solutions — quickly and responsibly. Innovation Operators are subject matter experts in specific revenue cycle domains who also understand the broader end‑to‑end revenue cycle. In this role, you’ll help redesign workflows, uncover root causes, and partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to build and validate automation and AI‑driven solutions. This is a hands‑on role for professionals who enjoy solving complex problems and shaping the future of healthcare operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Revenue Cycle Management
  • Strong end‑to-end revenue cycle knowledge
  • Proven process mapping and improvement skills
  • Data‑driven problem‑solving mindset
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast‑changing environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and aptitude for automation, AI, ML, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a domain subject matter expert while maintaining strong end‑to‑end revenue cycle literacy
  • Identify upstream root causes that drive downstream rework, friction, and revenue leakage
  • Design future‑state workflows and operating models with measurable impact
  • Build and maintain domain‑specific knowledge graphs (inputs, rules, actions, outcomes)
  • Participate in design sessions and rapid innovation sprints
  • Test and validate automation, ML, AI, and agentic models using real operational scenarios
  • Translate expert judgment into rules, decision trees, training data, and guardrails
  • Support pilots and controlled rollouts with clear success criteria
  • Document operational logic and findings for reuse and scale
