Requirements

  • Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors or a related field: Agricultural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and evaluation of new concepts, with a focus on machine automation and sensing projects for hay and forage equipment
  • Participating in field evaluations, including data collection, equipment operation, and sensor testing
  • Assisting with prototype building and testing to assess new ideas and technologies
  • Processing and analyzing field data to provide actionable insights to the engineering team
  • Contributing to mechanical design and/or software development tasks depending on your background and interest
  • Collaborating with a small, cross-functional team to explore innovative solutions across multiple product lines
