Reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning Operations, the Innovation & Implementation Manager will be responsible for driving organizational improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for innovation, developing implementation frameworks, and overseeing projects that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support delivery of the agency’s Strategic Plan. This role will act as a bridge between high-level strategic goals and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. The Innovation & Implementation Manager will coordinate across departments, manage cross-functional teams, and embed best practices in project management and change management to ensure successful outcomes.
