About The Position

The Innovation Hub Coordinator is responsible for fostering a dynamic and supportive environment within the Innovation Hub. This role plays a critical part in enhancing user engagement by providing expert training and technical support on various technologies and equipment available in the hub. The coordinator will also manage the operational aspects of the hub, including scheduling, general maintenance, and ensuring the upkeep of all resources to facilitate a seamless user experience. This position serves as a primary point of contact for users, promoting collaborative projects and innovative uses of the hub’s facilities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Media, Industrial Design) OR related experience in a technology-related field.
• One (1) year of experience providing technical support, training, or managing a technology-focused space (e.g., maker space, lab, tech center).
