About The Position
This position in Innovation Gateway is responsible for assisting with the review, negotiation, and drafting of material transfer, non-disclosure and other intellectual property (IP) agreements as assigned by and under the direction of the Innovation Gateway Contracting Manager, ensuring that all terms and conditions follow UGA IP policy, applicable laws and regulations. Preferred candidates will bring basic contracts knowledge, excellent organizational and analytical skills, a proven capacity for problem solving, an exceptional customer-service approach, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Position involves a highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team.
