Innovation & Entrepreneurship Teacher - Middle School ('26-'27)
About The Position
Lake Highland's Middle School (MS) seeks an engaging, forward-thinking, and collaborative Innovation & Entrepreneurship Teacher to inspire and equip our middle school students. We are looking for a professional who is energized by innovation, passionate about entrepreneurship, and committed to creating meaningful, real-world learning experiences. This role supports our strategic commitment to elevating the student learning experience by integrating innovative pedagogy with authentic business and community connections. The ideal candidate will work closely with faculty, students, and community partners to cultivate creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking across the MS; has experience in working with Project-Based Learning and Service-Based Education; and can implement a vision, develop a succinct instructional plan, and establish a lasting program that relate to the school’s mission, vision, and strategic plan. This is a full-time, fully benefitted, exempt, 10-month position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or the international equivalent required.
- Three to five years of related experience in education, with 3+ years in the classroom preferred; or any equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
Nice To Haves
- A valid teaching certification in business education or related subject area preferred.
