The Power Electronics Design and Development Engineer is responsible for supporting the full design, development, and validation lifecycle of power electronics components in alignment with the corporate Technology Readiness Level (TRL) process. This role ensures requirement alignment, supports cross-functional activities, and collaborates closely with internal and external partners to ensure specifications, best practices, and high-quality design standards are met. The engineer will participate in design reviews, prototype builds, validation activities, and assist in the preparation of presentations and component documentation. A strong understanding of hardware circuitry, component failure modes, and manufacturing processes is required.
