We offer free snacks and drinks to show our appreciation to our team members The Job at a Glance As the Innovative Channels Team Lead, (internally known as Team Lead, Order Slingers) you will help with new-hire training, problem-solving, and operational oversight to our larger and more automated FC . By taking on the team lead role, you’ll get a greater level of responsibility and further your career development.

Requirements

  • You are in good standing and not on a disciplinary action
  • You’re a top performer in your current role , previous Outbound pick/pack experience is a plus !
  • You d emonstrate a passion for leadership and career growth
  • You have excellent attendance with minimal or no call-in’s
  • You are available to work a 6 :00 am– 3 :00 pm shift , and are willing to work Overtime as needed and some Saturday shifts
  • You are able to move around for long periods of time and lift 40 lbs. unassisted
  • You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to team members on picking, packing, and shipping processes, utilizing Korber 1, E xcel tools, and vendor portal with an emphasis on quality
  • Support order entry processing by accurately entering and managing orders through Datasphere tools, SAP, and vendor portal
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to plan shipping windows and establish MP% floor for weekly order fulfillment
  • Oversee daily operations by monitoring workflow and proactively communicating priority tasks with team members and management
  • Promote and communicate safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity expectations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Support daily operations by researching transactional discrepancies and guiding team toward efficient solutions
  • Communicate with external vendors to coordinate services and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and regularly update customer information in SAP to ensure data accuracy
  • Investigate vendor shortage claims using Korber 1 and submit dispute requests through the vendor portal to ensure resolution
  • Research vendor chargebacks and submit disputes along with necessary supporting documentation
  • Update and manage data in Excel tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information outputs
