Toyota's Innovation and Automation team is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Innovation & Automation Strategy Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this role is the design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of the Customer Experience Document Services project. This position will serve as the business lead working in conjunction with Business Product Owner and Technical Product owner to direct technical factory team(s) using Agile methodology and scrum practices to determine the strategy/product vision of assigned areas through feature definition, prioritization, positioning, data analytics, user research, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support. The Analyst will create business value analysis for assigned projects including Business Case, Cost Benefit Analysis and Value Capture Analysis. Reporting to the Innovations & Automations Product Owner for Customer Experience - Document Services, the person in this role will support the Innovation & Automation Strategy Team's objective to lead the development and implementation of new business capabilities to deliver servicing letters/forms including documenting business requirements, creating JIRA user stories and requirements, troubleshooting, creating user documentation, testing, and training support as assigned.
