Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Innovation and Automation team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Innovation & Automation Analyst. Reporting to the VPP Product Owner for Customer Experience Domain, the primary responsibility of this role is to support the implementation, maintenance, and management of business technology solutions within service operations. This position will serve as the business lead working in conjunction with Business Product Owner and Technical Product Owner to direct technical factory team(s) using agile methodology and scrum practices to determine the strategy/product vision of assigned areas through feature definition, prioritization, positioning, data analytics, user research, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support. The Analyst will create business value analysis for assigned projects including Business Case, Cost Benefit Analysis and Value Capture Analysis.

Requirements

Ability to build relationships with a broad audience both internal and external to TFS (Toyota Financial Services)
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills related to digital product management.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of leadership
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) - intermediate
Four-Year College Degree (B.S. or B.A) or equivalent work experience in automotive finance and insurance.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of applications such as Salesforce. Jira, Confluence, qTest, Lucid.
1-2 years of experience in Agile product management.
Kaizen/Process Improvement Project experience
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital projects
Additional Certifications: Scrum/Scrum Master certificate, Agile certification

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and communicate timely project updates in collaboration with the team.
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
Proactively seek input and collaboration with all stakeholders to gain buy-in for the strategy and roadmap that effectively influences peers and senior management.
Create buy-in for product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Develop user experience goals, stories and requirements that will be used to drive product specifications.
Identify and communicate with all impacted stakeholders to ensure transparency.
Proactively identify and resolve impediments that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
Conduct user acceptance testing and quality review of new and upcoming technology features.
