About The Position

The Innovation Analyst will support the Chief Innovation Officer in a unique capacity by fostering strategic partnerships and driving innovation initiatives in the fintech space. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for the fintech industry, who can efficiently manage relationships, organize information, and enhance communication between team members and potential partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Innovation, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking, analytical roles, or a client-facing position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Has a passion for learning to play a key role.
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A keen interest in fintech and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on potential fintech partners, generating insights and recommendations based on market trends.
  • Input conversations and partnership interactions into HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of all communications and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, special events, and set appointments, optimizing the Chief Innovation Officer's time and mitigating scheduling conflicts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential partners, evaluating opportunities and screening calls to determine their relevance before escalation to the Chief Innovation Officer.
  • Growing our network and deepening our relationships.
  • Initiating and leading special projects (building internal products and programs, etc).
  • Create and maintain accurate records of discussions, decisions, and action items resulting from meetings with partners and internal team discussions.
  • Facilitate communication within the innovation team, ensuring that team members are informed and aligned on objectives and priorities.
