About The Position

This high-energy, fast-paced position requires the employee to combine various flooring materials to create custom inlays. The work is performed in a warehouse facility, and a significant portion of the employee’s time will be spent on their hands and knees.

Responsibilities

• Cut and measure carpet, vinyl, turf, and other flooring materials
• Understand side and end-matching patterns
• Identify materials that do not meet Brumark’s quality standards and report to Supervisor
• Create inlays based on renderings and layouts provided
• Follow all production processes and procedures
• Assist other members of the production and/or shipping teams when needed
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
• Re-roll flooring to return to inventory and roll up cut material for further operations
