Ink Utility’s responsibility is to assist the ink techs in a safe and controlled manner that will ensure the safety of others and the quality of products being made. Duties include handling hazardous waste, handling the distiller and washing buckets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Able to follow directions and instructions and the ability to work well with others, as well as be self-directed
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the manufacturing experience is helpful.
- Good motor skills, dexterity, mechanical and analytical skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist and/or set up and operate machines to meet product requirements.
- Movement of heavier items with proper equipment.
- Follow all plant and department specific safety rules, including use of all required personal protective equipment.
- Ensure compliance with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: ISO, GMA SAFE, HAACP) as applicable.
- Interact and behave professionally. Treat all associates respectfully and professionally while maintaining company code of ethics.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
