About the role HealthFitness invites you to explore this Injury Prevention Professional opportunity in East Liberty, OH - approximately 10-15 minutes northwest of Marysville, OH ! Great for someone with an interest in industrial ergonomics and looking to launch a career within the corporate industry. Role functions within a manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or other related field required.
  • Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.
  • Develops exercise programs specific to injury prevention and conditioning needs.
  • Collects and document appropriate program data to support the ROI process.
  • Develop, promote, and market wellness and general education programs.
  • Supports employee healthcare teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and care management.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned.
