Requirements

Previous experience in the meat industry preferred but not required
Previous experience as a machine operator
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Adjust injectors to maintain proper pump percentages
Record all products tested each day
Set up brine tanks, UV systems and injectors for the day's production
Follow all food safety/GMP requirements
Wear all required PPE
Complete training and understand all associated safety, Lockout/Tagout, and standard operating procedures
Assigned work in other areas as needed
