About The Position

THE ROLE: ENTEGRIS is seeking a Injection Molding Tooling and Setup Supervisor located in Colorado Springs/Rockrimmon, CO. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of operations. The qualified individual will lead a team of skilled technicians for managing the technical Injection molding operations and must possess a long-term vision for molding excellence. This vision includes preventative maintenance programs, reduced mean time to failure downtime, capital planning, project management, performance goal setting, metrics reporting, and development of staff. The candidate must have the ability to analyze challenging situations and provide solutions as well as implement actions and develop measurements to continue improvements in Injection molding. 8 to 10 years injection molding experience preferred, and 3 years of supervisory experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Leads and coordinates the Tooling, Process, and Setup teams, within injection molding overseeing preventative maintenance programs, process development initiatives, and adherence to production schedules. Must maintain focus on successful process flow between all technical operations. Prioritizes operational plans effectively and presents data‑driven recommendations and justifications to management. Develop both short‑ and long‑term strategies to drive continuous improvement in injection molding processes and procedures. Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance. Assesses team competencies, motivates personnel, and implements development plans to meet current and future organizational needs. Allocates resources based on operational priorities, supervising tooling and process activities, managing work orders, and coordinating actions related to injection molding equipment, support systems, and associated manufacturing processes. Monitors and safeguards facility assets, ensuring security systems and protocols remain fully functional and effective WHAT WE SEEK: “Safety First” attitude which is practiced with integrity and a high degree of accountability for end results. Requirements
