About The Position
The Injection Molding Supervisor is a technical operation production team leader responsible for ensuring that all technical molding, automation, and production assistant team members are trained, motivated, and prepared to meet daily production demands. This role involves leading a team in a fast-paced production environment, developing new injection molding and automation processes, and maintaining optimal production standards.
