About The Position

A day in the life You clock in, review the previous shift’s handoff, and bring multiple injection molding lines up to speed. You fine-tune settings, verify docket info and ZR checks, and perform visual inspections so every case meets spec. When a line hiccups, you troubleshoot quickly to minimize downtime. You log production data accurately, coach newer teammates on procedures and paperwork, and finish the night with clean, safe, ready-to-run equipment. Requirements

  • 3+ years in machine operation or maintenance within manufacturing; preferred: 1+ year specifically in injection molding
  • Manual dexterity and strong hand/eye coordination
  • Clear, professional communication
  • Meticulous record keeping at defined intervals
  • Analytical mindset and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Comfort with math and calculators to compute and record production data
  • Familiarity with production measurement tools (e.g., level)
  • Knowledge of product quality standards
  • Understanding of principles of Thermoforming machines
  • Proficient in Injection Molding
  • Experience Blow Molding Experience

  • 1+ year specifically in injection molding
