About The Position

A day in the life You clock in, review the previous shift’s handoff, and bring multiple injection molding lines up to speed. You fine-tune settings, verify docket info and ZR checks, and perform visual inspections so every case meets spec. When a line hiccups, you troubleshoot quickly to minimize downtime. You log production data accurately, coach newer teammates on procedures and paperwork, and finish the night with clean, safe, ready-to-run equipment. Requirements

3+ years in machine operation or maintenance within manufacturing; preferred: 1+ year specifically in injection molding
Manual dexterity and strong hand/eye coordination
Clear, professional communication
Meticulous record keeping at defined intervals
Analytical mindset and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
Comfort with math and calculators to compute and record production data
Familiarity with production measurement tools (e.g., level)
Knowledge of product quality standards
Understanding of principles of Thermoforming machines
Proficient in Injection Molding
Experience Blow Molding Experience
