About The Position

This position reports to the Shift Supervisor, and includes responsibilities in production, quality, safety, cost, cleaning, communication, and a few administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a factory setting
• Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, PLC’s and robotics
• Experience in assembly lines, process and mold setting is a valuable asset

Responsibilities

• Set up the auxiliary equipment (robots, combo, hooking, conveyors, etc.)
• Start machines in accordance with the procedures, while making necessary adjustments (color, mold types, etc.)
• Troubleshoot when non-conformances of production occur
• Oversee that machines reach the maximum capability, at the highest production standards, and propose alternatives methods for production efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures in operating all equipment
• Clean the work area and pick up personal tools
• Fill out the required forms for repairs, set-up checklist, and/or maintenance work orders
• Carry out other related tasks
