About The Position

Effectively run plastic injection molding machines within safety and quality standards To be able to work safety and follow all safety guidelines. Able to work a 12-hour night shift/ Continental shifts Identify safety problems and support solutions. Pull and set molds from presses – IMM, IBM. Pull and set EOAT for robotics along with minor set up of robots. Support set up of auxiliary equipment. Support material supply to presses as needed. Ensure molds are running within set parameters – Daily process verification. Respond to machine alarms and take appropriate action to resolve issues. Ensure production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations. Identify quality defects and take corrective actions. Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area. Work with other people in a respectful manner. Proactively engage and support company policies to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection, and continual improvement.

Requirements

  • Work experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Injection molding or Injection blow molding processing.
  • Able to work a 12-hour night shift/ Continental shifts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Product knowledge and Standard Operating Procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or knowledge of scientific molding
  • Experience with IMM or IBM machines.
  • Experience with various mold concepts (Injection, injection blow, cold and hot runner systems, multi plate molds, cores, slide, etc.)
  • Robotic experience a plus
  • Ability to assertively and efficiently multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
