About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Operator & Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate plastic injection molding equipment and assemble molded component parts into finished products. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions
• Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with injection molding machines
• Background in a plastic manufacturing or production environment

Responsibilities

• Verify order and label information
• Inspect molded parts for quality defects
• Assemble components following detailed instructions
• Trim excess plastic from parts as needed
• Package parts according to customer requirements
• Follow procedures for identifying and rejecting nonconforming parts
• Complete daily production logs
• Maintain consistent mold cycles
• Move finished products to designated areas
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining molds as needed
• Perform additional tasks to support the production team
