About The Position

Skillforce is hiring experienced Injection Molding Machine Repair Technicians to support a short-term project near Toledo, Ohio. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining injection molding machines to ensure optimal production performance. The initial assignment is expected to last approximately 30 days, with the possibility of extending based on project needs. Pay is $25/hr-$35/hr, local candidates are ideal but travelers will be considered as well as per diem/travel pay offered.

Requirements

• Previous experience repairing and maintaining injection molding machines
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Availability to work second shift

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on injection molding machines
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement effective solutions
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
