About The Position

The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for following the training parameters to become competent in injection molding machines. Responsibilities : The Injection Molding Operator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, learning the process to: Load plastic tubes onto molding machine and activate the machine Unload tubes from core pins at the end of the molding cycle Maintain cycle times Visually inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality specifications Pack finished parts for shipment Keep equipment and work area clean

Requirements

Hand-eye coordination
Basic math skills
Prior Injection molding experience for six months
Ability to stand for up to long periods of tim e
Must be able to use pull, push, and stretch out with wrists, fingers, palm, and forearm as well as unload tubes from boxes onto core pins

Responsibilities

Load plastic tubes onto molding machine and activate the machine
Unload tubes from core pins at the end of the molding cycle
Maintain cycle times
Visually inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality specifications
Pack finished parts for shipment
Keep equipment and work area clean
