About The Position
Conxall is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molder to operate automatic injection molding machines and support assembly operations as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality parts.
Requirements
- Previous molding experience preferred but can train an individual with prior machine experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able follow instructions given by team leader or supervisor
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Responsibilities
- Operate automatic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
- Load pre-mixed powder or pellets into machine hoppers
- Insert components into molds and initiate molding cycles
- Remove finished parts upon cycle completion and perform visual inspections
- Trim or break off excess material as required
- Assist in Assembly during machine downtime by assembling small electronic components and cable assemblies using hand tools and presses
