The Injection Molder Technician is responsible for the start-up, shut down and troubleshooting of the molding process during normal production runs. Will also set up injection molding machines and related equipment to allow the manufacture of product that meets or exceeds the established quality levels at the standard rates that have been established. Assist the maintenance department with troubleshooting problems with injection molding machines and related support equipment, including automation. The compensation range considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.00 to $28.00 per hour.
