Picture your shift: you review job specs, prep machines, and dive into precision work that keeps our production humming. A Day in the Life Start by reading job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material needs. Dial in machines and fixtures using scales, rules, calipers, micrometers, and thread or plug gauges. Track the molding schedule to plan and execute tooling readiness, including insert changes. Troubleshoot injection molds and sustain production for each mold in the production area. Observe molds in operation to spot tooling issues or machine malfunctions early.
