About The Position

Injection Mold CNC Operator / EDM Machinist Help us shape precision components at Foreman Tool and Mold—a busy plastic injection molder and mold builder serving primarily automotive and switch programs. Run grinders, drills, and other manual machines as needed. Support EDM (wire or sinker) operations. Handle steel components confidently and accurately. Set up and change over CNC machines for tooling and production runs. Use GD&T and measuring tools to hold spec. Troubleshoot equipment and processes; assist with CNC machine installation when required. What you bring Excellent attendance and a reliable, stable work history. Ability to learn quickly, follow procedures, and prioritize safety. English communication—spoken and comprehension. Capability to lift up to 70 lbs (50 lbs on a regular basis). Solid math skills for everyday machining tasks. Tech you’ll use CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC): Fanuc, Bridgeport, Mazak, Haas CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) CNC Router Core skills GD&T CNC Tooling CNC Programming CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Machine Setups for Production Runs Manual Machining Skills Equipment Troubleshooting CNC Machine Installation Tape Measure Reading
