WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE In this role, you will: Lead people, technology, and financial resources to achieve desired outcomes. Lead investigations into equipment failures, implement corrective and preventive actions, and maintain clear communication to prevent reoccurrence.

Requirements

• Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 1 year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven record of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated application of process improvement tools.
• Strong people management experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities.
