Initiative Project Leader Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Initiative Project Leader is responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that integrate digital enablement, operating model redesign, and workforce adoption to improve end-to-end business performance. This role requires strong executive presence, experience driving cross-functional alignment in highly matrixed healthcare environments, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable operational outcomes. How you will make an impact: Serves as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders across Operations, PE &C, PSCCR, Finance, Actuary and IT to align transformation initiatives with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements. Leads enterprise transformation efforts from diagnostic assessment through implementation , including operational model redesign, workflow optimization, and digital/AI enablement where applicable. Designs and facilitates executive alignment sessions, root cause workshops, and structured problem-solving engagements to resolve high-impact business and regulatory risks. Translates complex operational and data insights into executive-level recommendations, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive adoption and accountability. Builds consensus across functional leaders and mobilizes cross-functional teams to execute time-bound recovery or mitigation plans when needed. Ensures sustainability of improvements through governance structures performance metrics, workforce readiness planning, and change adoption strategies. Partners with IT and analytics teams to implement reporting enhancements, automation, and system changes that reduce recurring operational friction. Articulates initiative strategy, risk exposure, financial impact, and adoption metrics to Program Office, Operational Council, and ELT stakeholders. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary to lead workshops and executive sessions.
