About The Position

The Initiative Project Leader at CarelonRx will be responsible for analyzing and driving opportunities to standardize and improve end-to-end processes within the PBM Claims Adjudication operations. This role involves leading initiatives from assessment through implementation, ensuring sustainability of process improvements, and building consensus across various organizational areas.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment, including 7 years leading large enterprise-wide projects.

Nice To Haves

• Transactional Process Improvement experience and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Project and Program Management experience and certification such as PMP.
• Pharmacy Benefits Management experience with back office processes related to claims adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader for improvements in CarelonRx Operations Adjudication processes across the enterprise.
• Lead initiatives from assessment through implementation of solutions, ensuring business controls are in place for sustainability.
• Build consensus across functional areas, lead root cause analysis, and contribute to solution definition and best practices.
• Identify and resolve high-priority organizational and business issues using a SWAT team approach.
• Lead the development of new enterprise processes, reporting, IT system changes, and business practices.
• Articulate initiative drivers, status, and results to the Program Office, Operations Council, and ELT.
• Ensure alignment with other Enterprise initiatives.
