This position is located in our Irvine, CA, Buffalo, NY or Mississauga, Canada office with opportunity to be on a hybrid schedule and a few days remote per week.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
• 8+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 5 years project management experience; PMI certification(s) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
• Business transformation & consultative experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and managing company resources to execute project components from design phase through implementation.
• Interprets requirements and converts to deliverables.
• Identifies and communicates project scope and ensures project milestones and objectives are met.
• Ensures effective communication between technical and non-technical functions.
• Coordinates project schedules, monitors budgets and assigns tasks.
• Keeps management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results.
• Development of business cases and strategies.
• Initiative management of transformational projects, including cross-functional pilots to identify and test ability to create value and/or efficiencies.
• Executive status communication and consultation.
