Essential Functions Efficiently performs manual labor requiring the use of hand torches, grinders, scrapers, chipping equipment to remove cutting slag, burrs, or weld spatter. Will truck, handle or position materials. Every employee is expected to: Complete all required paperwork including labor reporting and material movement. Work safely and maintain the work area with high standards of housekeeping. Perform self-inspection and other required quality control functions at the employee's workstation. Perform required Preventive Maintenance activities on machinery and/or equipment operated. Train and/or assist in the development of personnel. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision.
Requirements
- Prior work experience.
- Able to read and write with average mechanical skills.
- Lifting requirements: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices are available and recommended.

- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
