About The Position

The Infusion Technician supports daily production by preparing and infusing cannabis batches, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with inventory and quality control. This role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and comfort using computers and digital tracking systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Basic math skills (measurements, conversions, ratios).
  • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and production tracking systems.
  • Basic Excel knowledge required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy and follow through.
  • Show self-motivation/innovation and the ability to work well with all staff members, as well as to work well independently.
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately while not overstepping chain of command.

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance)
  • Regularly perform various repetitive motions such as carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, bending/crouching, stooping, reaching and stretching.
  • Grasping, holding and other repetitive movements involving wrists and hands are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior manufacturing, lab, food production, or cannabis experience preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Prepares cannabis materials for infusion, including grinding and pre-processing steps.
  • Perform daily infusion production according to established procedures and formulas.
  • Accurately measure, weigh, and calculate batch quantities and ratios.
  • Enter production data, batch records, and inventory movements into computer systems.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of materials, ingredients, and finished products.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with preparing samples for third-party lab testing.
  • Follow cGMP standards and company SOPs at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
