Who are we looking for? Our Infusion & Specialty Sales Associates play a pivotal role in driving growth and managing targeted regions within our Infusion and Specialty Sales division. We support your strong sales acumen, providing continuous, comprehensive product knowledge to effectively support and empower our team, ensuring the achievement of established sales goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills for addressing client concerns and managing multiple complex patients' needs simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for Specialty Prescriptions, focusing on IVIG, MS, Hemophilia, and Rheumatology.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Specialty Offices and Case Managers to provide services and sales tailored to patient needs.
  • Expand industry connections through active participation in networking events.
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback on their sales experience and satisfaction.
  • Consistently engaging with potential & active clients.
  • Research market trends to identify new opportunities and generate leads for the Infusion & Specialty sales team.
