About The Position
The After Hours Nurse Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer. Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 2 years of Critical Care, Oncology or Home Infusion experience.
