Texas Oncology is looking for an Oncology Infusion RN Supervisor to join our team! This position will support the Plano locations, including Plano East, Plano West, Plano Presbyterian, and Plano Prestonwood. Note from Hiring Manager: All 4 sites will be consolidating to one large cancer center end of 2026. The infusion supervisor will play a key role in consolidation and streamlining processes throughout all sites. What does the Oncology Clinic Nurse (RN) Supervisor do? Coordinates all activities related to nursing functions and patient care, within budgetary constraints. Adheres to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations. Supervises nursing staff that provides professional nursing care to patients. Must recognize physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of care. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
