We are actively seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Infusion Nurse / Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (South Carolina or Georgia)
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Current TB test (Negative or Non Reactive)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Experience working with diverse patient populations across various settings including emergency room, medical-surgical units, outpatient clinics, or home care environments.
Proficiency in advanced nursing procedures such as IV insertion, medication administration via injection and ventilator management.
Excellent assessment skills combined with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments like trauma centers or urgent care clinics.

Responsibilities

Administer IV infusions, medications, and therapies accurately while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine appropriate care plans.
Monitor patients’ responses to treatments, managing acute pain and providing timely interventions as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for diverse patient populations, including those in hospice, memory care, or behavioral health settings.
Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, medication administration, and post-care instructions to promote understanding and adherence.
