Day to day as a Infusion Pharmacist- PRN HME Specialists is actively seeking a licensed PRN Infusion Pharmacist to enhance our infusion pharmacy operations on an as-needed basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe preparation, verification, and dispensing of sterile compounded medications while ensuring strict compliance with state and federal regulations. Key duties include verifying and dispensing sterile compounded infusion medications in accordance with USP relevant guidelines. You will review medication orders for accuracy and clinical safety, provide essential clinical oversight to pharmacy technicians, and maintain accurate documentation and quality assurance standards. Collaboration with nursing staff and healthcare providers is vital to deliver optimal patient care, while participation in inspections, audits, and policy adherence ensures operational excellence.
