About The Position
Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our Specialty Infusion patients in Dallas, TX, and surrounding areas. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! This position will see patients in their homes and in our Infusion Suite. The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.
