About The Position
The Infusion Nurse II is a licensed registered nurse responsible for coordinating and providing intermediate direct patient care in home or alternate infusion settings. This role ensures patient safety and compliance with physician care plans while working under structured supervision. The nurse will implement nursing care plans, assess patient needs, provide education, and communicate effectively with the clinical team and patients.
