About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, curious infusion nurse to administer ketamine treatments, support patient care, and help shape our evolving care model. You will work closely with patients, ensuring comfort and safety, and contribute to a high-impact, innovative mental health practice. Requirements
- Current New York State license as RN, CNS, or NP required.
- Warm, empathetic, and able to build strong patient relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality care.
- Skilled communicator, both with patients and colleagues.
- Experienced in IV placement, cardio-respiratory and procedural monitoring.
Nice To Haves
- Mental health experience or knowledge of depression is preferred
Responsibilities
- Follow Ember Health’s carefully crafted SOPs, including but not limited to administer infusions safely, monitor patients, and intervene as needed.
- Ensure patient comfort and psychological safety through therapeutic communication.
- Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized workspace.
- Build lasting, trusting relationships with patients.
- Manage medical inventory and prepare medications safely.
- Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up care, and ongoing communication with provider partners.
- Maintain clean, orderly infusion suites and clinical spaces.

- Starting Base Salary: $93,000 annually
- 401K guaranteed employer contributions: 3%-10% of annual salary
